What started out as a simple hobby quickly turned into a full-blown passion project. I’ve always loved working with fresh fruit, and one day I thought, Why not bottle that goodness up so folks can enjoy it year-round? That idea blossomed into Down South, and we've been spreading smiles (and samples!) ever since.

All of our jams and jellies are made in small batches with love, care, and fruit either grown in my own backyard or sourced from local farmers. From classic strawberry to the bold and sassy peach habanero, there’s a flavor here for every kind of tastebud.

But it’s more than just what’s in the jar — it’s about connecting with people, sharing stories, and being part of the amazing communities at our local markets. We’re here to bring you that Southern flavor you can’t find in a store… and a friendly face to go with it.
